Quaint and cozy home, located in a beautiful & central Thousand Oaks neighborhood. It is a 3 bedroom and 3 full bathroom home - we are a couple living in the master bedroom looking to rent out our spacious great room upstairs with it’s own private bathroom ($1500 + utilities) Shared cozy living room and full gourmet kitchen with a peaceful patio/backyard space. Our home is our sanctuary where we enjoy cooking, reading, watching movies and relaxing. We are looking for hard working and responsible roommates who are friendly, clean & respectful just as we are! Unfortunately, no pets please! This would be a month to month agreement.
