Brand new 2B2B 3rd floor apartment located in Irvine Estancia. Close to I-5, CA-261. Walking distance to Northpark Plaza. The apartment comes with microwave, dishwasher, central air conditioning, in-unit washer/dryer but no furniture. You get 1 free parking space and if you have a nice car you can always take my garage downstairs. The bedroom is 12*14 feet with a big closet and has it’s own bathroom. I just signed the 13mo lease by myself and planing moving into the other bedroom on Aug 18th. I graduated from college last year in Texas and now work part-time and home-office in Irvine. I love gaming ,traveling and hanging out with friends on weekends. Looking for someone that I can establish a friendship with.

There won’t be pictures inside the room since I haven’t move in yet and in there is pretty much brand new and empty. The carpets are new and soft.
