Hi there. I have one, unfurnished, room available in my 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhouse. The upstairs, full bathroom, will be shared with my teen. There is also a 1/2 bath downstairs. You will have full access to all amenities & common areas: kitchen, living room, laundry, tv, internet, central air & heat. This property has street parking, it’s non smoking and space enough for a small dog or cat. There will be an additional monthly fee for animals.

Rent: $1375 would be for single occupants $1675 would be for occupants sharing a room.

I am a female that works remotely and away from home. Clean, non smoking & drug free. Easy going & a great communicator. Looking for roomies that are like minded.
