Sarah's room

It is a furnished room in my condo. The condo is new remolded with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. You would be sharing a bathroom upstairs with me. Parking is right out front and you would have your own parking space.

I am a 31 years old and am a teacher. I do have a dog. No more pets in the condo. My dog is super sweet and well behaved. I spend my evenings cuddling with her on the couch watching tv. I am a fairly clean person and would require the other person to be fairly clean as well. I am a Christian and follow those values. No drugs, overnight guests of the opposite sex etc. in the house. In my free time I enjoy going to the dog park, hanging with friends and family.
