There is no deposit required, utilities are split, and the rent is month to month. If you don’t mind living in a shared dorm, then this is an ideal spot for students. San Diego State University is only 3 miles away for an easy commute.

I work armed security during the week, and I’m a security manager on weekends at a popular nightclub. I do not smoke or drink and I rarely party. I plan on attending college in the spring. I keep to myself, and I do not burden anyone with my issues.
