Cristian's room

Hello, Me and my partner are renting out a private room in Birdland (close to Kearny Mesa right off the 163 freeway) Price includes utilities. Space includes the room, walk-in closet, and a vanity. The apartment complex also offers a pool and gym. We are presently looking for a long-term renter, no pets. DM if interested.

We will require proof of employment, government Identification, prior rental history. If agreed upon for the room, a one month security deposit will be required but can be paid overtime. References a plus.
