Garford Street

Hello, I have a bedroom in a two bed, one bath apartment at Beverly plaza right by Vons, Ross, and only a couple miles from campus! The room I am renting is bedroom 2. The room is $1450 a month plus utilities and there is parking for $35 a month. Females only and prefer a nursing student or nurse. You would have your own room with a walk in closet. Bedrooms are carpeted and the rest is “hardwood” flooring. The bathroom has two sinks so you will have your own sink and under sink storage. There is more storage in the hallway as well. A very spacious living room and a kitchen and dining room. There is also a balcony to relax and grow plants on. Laundry rooms in the complex and another across the street. There are two pools, a hot tub, and a small gym. Pets allowed that can stay in your room (no dogs or cats).

I am a female mid-twenties new graduate nurse from CSULB and I have a 5 year old pitbull (you must like dogs). I will be working three 12 hour shifts a week and will have a trustworthy friend walk my dog in the middle of the day when I am at work. I like to keep a clean kitchen so it’s ready to cook. We will have a weekly cleaning schedule for the kitchen and bathroom and vacuuming/mop that we will share the work for. I don’t have large parties. I do have friends over but would be happy to make my roommate aware so they don’t get any surprises if guests and would like the same from my roommate. Occasional overnight guests but only for a few nights maximum. No overnight guests for long periods of time.
