2 female seniors looking for a 3rd roommate in beautiful 3 bdrm 2 bath home in upper San Pedro.. bedroom is either furnished or unfurnished. Has sliding doors to side of house.Full house privileges. Fully equipped kitchen, separate shelves in pantry and fridge, laundry in garage, beautiful landscaped yards, plenty of street parking, fireplace and smart tv in den. Separate AC/heater in available room. Bathroom next to available room has the only shower so the shower is shared but we share the bathroom closest to our rooms for hair and hygiene. Other Roommie and I get along nicely but live very separate lives. Both of us are on the go a lot…I travel a lot. She is in and out all the time. I have a 13 year old dog…gentle as can be.
