Looking to rent this house with 2 female roommates (couples are welcomed too) that would be signing a 1yr lease with me. Rent will be split per adult (minimum 3) total $1948. There is a $49.95 screening fee during application process and security deposit will be determined when complete. I would like to secure the place now and I would move in after the holidays. All adults living in the house must contribute to rent. We can meet up and schedule a tour to look at the place together. If this rental doesn’t end up working out, we’ll look for other options. I’m clean, respectful and friendly. I work 8-5, and would like to become friends with fellow roommates. Occasionally having people over is fine as long as respectful.
