Looking for a great roommate to share a 2/1 house with me Melbourne, Florida, near Wickham Park. 13 minute drive to the beach, 5 minute bike ride to the huge park with bike trails and frisbee golf and random events.

This place is also really close to Eastern State University, students are welcome to reach out.

Would love to find a great match and willing to wait until it fits.

I am easy to live with, positive, eco-minded, hiking, biking, yoga, gardener, surfer who works full time during the week, sometimes from home. I like to go to yoga, eat healthy, see good live music and enjoy life. Don’t have a TV in the living room and not really a video game type of person. But I do work in tech and sustainable energy. 41 years young, male. Herb is ok, Not a big drinker anymore, although I love a good festival!

Looking for a male or female that is positive without drama. Some people say that are super clean and quiet, and that sounds good on paper, but… I am not looking for an ocd roomate or someone who doesn’t want to say hi! This house is home and I like it to feel homey. It’s ok if a dish doesn’t get done right away as long as things don’t get funky or stinky, let’s enjoy the house and enjoy living together!

Hoping you are laid back which is important as we are a sharing a house and a bathroom. I would love to find a healthy-ish gardener, eco-minded, surfer/fisher/swimmer/outdoor & ocean lover, open minded person but more just someone into similar things so we can enjoy living together.

Month to month (first, deposit and last but I can flex a little, but you have to be financially stable) to give each other both the option to make a change with 30 days notice. Cats are ok, 1 dog that does not bark could be cool but it’s a smallish house and a pet deposit is needed. Couples could probably work but only for 3 months and it would be extra. Background check, credit score will happen so just be honest!

If you know or are into permaculture, farming, and want grow a garden or help that is a big plus. Builders welcome!
