No pets as already have one dog who is not animal friendly sorry.
In house laundry can be used which is common area.
Note: background check is mandatory, which is non refundable $100 one time charge.
Rent is $1200 inclusive of all utilities (electric, gigabyte speeds internet, cable, water, sewer, trash).
Move in charge is prorated rent for the month and full rent for one month which will be applied to the last moving out month and $250 Securiy deposit (to be applied on cleaning fee based on condition of place during move out).
Main cross roads: Sonoran desert dr and N north valley Pkwy, near I-17.
About the roomies
My and aunt lives in this property. I have a Bishon Frise male dog. He is a very human friendly dog but not animal friendly.
