Hello all, we are looking for a wonderful person to fill this room for Dec 1st, for yes $575 a month.

The bedroom is small, good for a full-size mattress, desk and TV. There’s a closet and a storage area above the closet. It’s a 4 bedroom (so 4 people), 1 bath (with a great tub!). A ground-floor apartment at the edge of crown heights, near Broadway Junction, so there are multiple trains (A, C, L, J, Z), supermarket close by, and a great bodega next door where you can get a plate of Dominican food for $5!

The roommates; Zardon: filmmaker-musician-comedian, Dwayne: loves sports, and marvel. Prapti: loves drawing, and going to raves. We are looking for someone easy-going, with great communication skills, We keep to ourselves much of the time because of our busy schedules, but we like to have movie nights on occasion or have a good conversation about whats going on in the world.

Requirements*

Woman or non binary preferred for balance. Rent would be $575 month Utilities + wifi come to around $60.

In order to have the room we will need a security deposit with first months rent and two references from former roommates, friends or landlord.

The room has a bed-frame in it, if you would like to use until you get situated, If not we can have it out of the room before you move in.
