3rd Street

The house is located in a calm, friendly neighborhood. Close to the Claremont Colleges, University of La Verne, Cal Poly Pomona, and Mt. Sac. Currently occupied by two females (College Graduates). We are looking for a friendly person who will do their part to keep their space clean, must like or be okay with dogs as we own a husky. House has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room kitchen, laundry room back yard, garage, and a driveway that fits 3 cars. The person who lives there will have their own private room and bathroom. They will also have full access to the house.
