The condo I rent is a beautiful 4th floor, 1400sq ft 2x2 with a lovely landlord. There is an elevator. The rent is $2000/mo split between us evenly and then wifi is about $55/mo and electric is about $130/mo, again, split between us. We have plenty of parking on site. In unit washer and dryer. The condo is completely furnished with nice, comfortable furniture. We have a massive back patio. The kitchen is also updated. I live in the master, but the second bedroom is also spacious and has a king sized bed and own bathroom.
