Hi, thanks for checking out my post! I have two private bedrooms and one private bathroom that I would like to rent to one individual.
Located at the corner of 54th and division this space for rent is a 3-minute drive from US-131 and M-6, making commutes easy.
1776 sq ft of shared space & 254 sq. ft. of private space in a 2265 sq. ft. house. The large bedroom is 11.25x10.25 The small bedroom is 12.25 x 8.25 Your bathroom is 8.25x6.5
The kitchen is newly updated and has more than enough room for us. The basement is half-finished, and the shared space is furnished. My en suite is on the opposite side of the house from your bedrooms and I usually keep to myself. Large deck located in the backyard. Rent includes everything: cable/internet, heat, electricity, water, snow removal/lawn care, and trash/recycling.
Smoking is allowed outside. Please, no pets.
About the roomies
I am 26 and a recent college graduate, I bought my first home and would like to rent out the unused portions. I spend most of my day out with friends, working, or reading.
