I’m a female living by myself in a 4/2 house with a fenced in backyard and lanai. We will share the house, you have your own room/bathroom and full use to the washer/dryer. If you need to store some stuff in other spare bedroom that is ok or garage. Nice neighborhood. I have pets, so if you do we can talk about it! Water, internet/WiFi, electric, trash included in rent.
About the roomies
It’s just me, not the party type. I keep to myself pretty much. Have a friend or sister come over once in a while. Work a lot. No other roomies in the house. Looking for someone who’s the same. We will share the house. 50/50. Beautiful backyard lake view.
