Hello :) 1 bedroom for rent

I need someone who doesn’t mind that the closet is filled with some bins of my storage that i have no other place for. Its a huge closet and there is still plenty of room in the closet for your stuff!

it’s a nice busy neighborhood/ corner. plenty of restaurants, bars, 711, liquor store, coffee shops etc within walking distance.

We split electricity. You can get your own wifi if you would like. Mine is not strong enough to share

I am a female & I prefer a female roomate.

I need someone who won’t have friends/ boyfriend over too frequently. I had a previous roomate with their boyfriend here every single day, and that does not work for me. I am otherwise very laid back. the most important thing to me- is having someone who cleans after themself in the bathroom/ kitchen. wiping down the sink and sharing cleaning responsibility for the toilet and shower are non negotiable

I live with my son here half the week, and have company occasionally.

I also listen to music almost all the time. I am not willing to share the parking since its tandem and becomes difficult to frequently bother each other to move the car. If its the right fit we can work something out.
