Available now. Private bedroom in new and beautiful gated Valley Vista community. The house is very open. All brand New appliances as well as high speed internet.The room has its own spacious closet but will come unfurnished. The bathroom will be split with male roomate (bathroom has 2 different sinks)
The Price includes all utilities plus common cleaning items (paper towels, dish soap, etc. and toilet paper.
Location. House is about 2400 sq ft. The house is conveniently located near 215 with easy access to Nellis and Creech. Many close by amenities are a stones throw away..Aliante Casino, walmart , target, LVAC gym, and countless restaurants and attractions. I will include a map. The community has a park within.

About the roomies
2 Males and 1 female. Both males are in the military and would prefer roomate be the same. We are all very laid back and easy going. No drama, no parties, no drugs.
