A-m-a-z-i-n-g location for anyone in the entertainment industry. The neighborhood is extremely safe, with nothing but million dollar homes all around us. There are only 14 apartments in the building, and all tenants know each other. About half of us have lived here for well over a decade. I’ve been here for 17 years.

Your room is very large (18’ x 11’) and can easily accomodate a queen size bed plus a large and office space next to a window for natural light. Perfect for remote and hybrid jobs.

The living room is beautiful. The 22-foot vaulted ceiling and large windows overlooking a treeline make the space feel open and relaxing. The downside is that the roof is not insulated so expect splitting high electric bills for the AC during summer. On the plus side water is free, so take long showers to your heart’s content!

You will have the master bedroom with the walk in closet, so you can close the door and have a large pivate space all to yourself.

I am looking for someone dependable, clean and a good personality match. Prefer someone in the industry, or a stable professional.

I am the only roommate. I prety much never have visitors. I have people over less than 10 times a year. Visits are ok, but prefer someone chill like me. When I am home I am always on my computer in the loft with headphones on.

I don’t have any pets, and I don’t smoke. I prefer no pets but will consider it. There is a balcony for smokers, which I don’t mind as long as it is outside. Please no chain-smokers though.
