I have 2 room’s available in my house for rent available ASAP.

The cost listed is for 1 room only.

I am 28 years old, own this house and will be managing it.

Other room mate is a female :)

26 year CSUN GRADUATES! :)

1 Person will be sharing the bathroom with her and another person will be sharing the bathroom with me.

We are fun, clean and outgoing individuals.

A little background on myself. I work full time and also went to CSUN. Major is Coms :)

We are all social, positive people who live life to the fullest. Looking for someone who is responsible and clean.

You must provide proof of employment or financial aid proof for students if your not working along with your i.d and deposit.

I own a 4 year old Husky and a 6yr old husky who comes in and out of the the back yard and into the house when it gets hot. So you must be dog friendly. They are both sweet hearts and energetic!

I also have a full GYM set up outside that is brand new to be used if wanted!! :)

I bought everything due to quarantine!! :)

NO COUPLES. NO KIDS or other animals will be allowed.

The room will be unfurnished.

Wifi, Gas, and direct tv is split among the 4 of us along with DWP. (Department of Water and Power)

This month the total for gas, directv and wifi was $80 a person.

Water and Power is split 4 ways every 2 months.

This cycle our water and power totaled $384.00 so it was $96.00 a person basically.

Budge an extra 150-200 for this for those 2 months combined and you should be fine when summer comes.

House is located about 5 minutes away from Topanga Mall and Fallbrook Center.

Looking for at least 1 year lease agreement and $1000.00 deposit.

Deposit and contract will be made prior to lock your room in.

So total monthly is $1,000 for rent, $80 for Wifi, Gas and direct Tv Plus $150-200 for 2 months for DWP.

Total roughly $1080 plus DWP $100 a month budget.

Total: $1180.00 to budget.
