I’m looking for a roommate around my age to share a 2 bed/ 2 bath beautiful apartment starting Dic 1st. It’s located in Crystal City, close to everything you could want and need; walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, bus & metro stops.

Your spacious bedroom has floor to ceiling windows, walk-in closet, and bathroom all connected. The common area is newly furnished, so no need for you to buy any. If you want to bring your own, we can come to an agreement. The apartment also has all the necessary appliances.

The amenities are amazing: Gym, game rooms, study halls, event room, kitchen, rooftop terrace, and more. They building administration and staff are great. There is always something fun going on in this building. You’re also going to love the parks and walking trails that are right in front of the building.

A bit about me:

I’m 25 y.o. Civil Engineer working right here in Crystal City. Also, going through a Master Degree program. With this said, I’m always pretty busy and barely ever home. Don’t let this pull you into think I’m a boring person, I’m pretty fun to be around, whenever I’m around. I’m a super clean and tidy, thus I would like a roommate that is the same, at least with the common spaces.
