I’ve been living in this apartment complex for almost a year. My current roommate is moving to NYC. We got the opportunity to sign a lease on a better apartment in the same complex (nicer building) at a lower price, so I’m now looking for someone to take over his half of the new lease (starts Jan 7) and be my roommate! There are no extra fees to change the name on the lease before Dec 31.
The building is modern, clean, has a lot of nice amenities and is 2 mn away from the MetroRail which means you can be in Brickell / Downtown in 15 mn even during rush hour. You’d get the parking spot that’s included in the rent. The apartment is on the 5th floor facing North with a nice view on downtown Coral Gables.
