Corinth Avenue

This is a 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom 3 story townhouse with a private rooftop deck. I grow a garden on the secluded roof deck and it’s an incredible place to paint, write, do yoga, work, relax, there’s a raised outdoor fireplace for relaxing with friends. The room can come furnished or unfurnished. The whole townhouse is clean, bright, and spacious. The neighborhood is tucked away, quiet, and not very busy, while near enough to transportation and the rest of West LA. The room is across the hall from my own, doesn’t even share a wall, and has its own, private, full bathroom attached.

Just me here, I have one cat and one bunny, but they mostly stay in my private room/bath. I’m a PhD graduate student at UCLA, and live a pretty quiet, organized life. I’m a photographer, poet, painter, and I enjoy gardening, going to the beach, or playing games with friends. Clean and uncluttered common spaces are important to me to keep clutter out of my mind:).
