hey guys i’m looking for someone to sub-lease my room and bathroom in a 2b2b. apartment complex is metro101 and the floor plan is the lexington; in tempe down the street from the university and plenty of amenities.
3rd floor apartment with pool/courtyard view. stainless steel appliances, w/d in unit, private bathrooms
Sublease would preferably start late december-early february and go through til mid july. Rent comes out to anywhere between $1000-1200 each (one other person lives here) depending on the electricity.
Looking for something ASAP but flexible (if that makes sense). Let me know if you have any questions!
About the roomies
Other roommate is a 22 y/o male works a 9/5 most days mon-fri. He’s usually at work or the gym. Room will not be furnished*
