About the home: Our home is located in a private gated community in South Austin called Arbor Ridge. Living room, dining room, and kitchen downstairs. 2nd living room / media room upstairs. Washer and dryer included. The utilities average about $75 a month per person including Google Fiber and housekeeper.
About the room: Located upstairs with adjacent media room as additional personal area. Bathroom is shared with one other very clean person.
About the location: 15 Minutes to Downtown or Airport. Right behind McKinney Falls State Park and Jimmy Clay Golf Course. Community center and park next door offers free pool access, walking/jogging trails, soccer field, baseball field, basketball courts and indoor and outdoor volleyball.
