Hello Future Roomie,
I am looking for a roommate for my long beach condo. The rent is $1100 per month, on a 6 month lease. Security is $550. Utilities included. Shared bath. The room is partially furnished (Queen bedframe BYO mattress). The room is semi-furnished, but you can decorate anyway you like. There is a TV mounted on the wall, and a fairly new (2yrs old) Queen Bed Frame (no mattress). There is a one bath that you and I will have to share. Great location just off the 405 and 710 freeways, 10 minutes from the beach and downtown, great parks nearby. Laundry facilities on property and directly across the street. Street parking. This is a LGBTQ+, POC friendly household. Please be clean and know how to pick up after yourself.
About the roomies
