Other bathtoom is a shared full bathroom with shower tub with other girls. Beautiful house located in a quiet gated community (two pools included) near shopping and other amenities. Rent includes all utilities, Wi-Fi, pest control, water, ground maintenance & cable. Dedicated driveway parking also included.
No Pets, smoking, drugs, overnight guests, children or couples. Background and credit check upon application.
Month to month contract for first 3 with opportunity for long term 6 or 12 if both parties are happy.
About the roomies
This room is best for single female (no males) who prefers a quiet calm living arrangement in a clean drama free house. Other three residents are normally only home 4 days a week…single parent & two teen girls.
