Jessica's room

Private furnished room with bathroom. Available immediately. Located within our home in Pinellas Point residential neighborhood. House is recently renovated and room comes completely furnished. Bed is a new Tempurpedic queen with pillow top, all linens can be provided. Bath towels and linens can also be included, Pottery barn. Includes own smart TV and access to; Netflix, Prime TV, HBO, Hulu and high speed wifi. Also have an iMac for use in room if needed, with printer. Dresser and full closet will be available ( will be cleaned out entirely once room mate found). New Samsung gas washer and dryer in home for use. House is equipped with police monitored security system. We also have a small olympic gym set up in the garage and peloton available if interested. Room is located down its own hallway with outside door that can be shut ( see pictures ). Very conveniently located approx. five miles from downtown, seven miles from Pass-a-Grille Beach, and twenty minutes from Tampa. Ideally looking for quiet working professional, must be a nonsmoker.

Recently married, we are a young working couple. We spend most of the day at work, working long hours. Must be okay with pets, we have two Frenchies and an English bulldog.
