About the room
I have a 3 bedroom place at Coral Gardens that I would like to rent out one of the rooms to the right applicant. Preferably a female.. I am a 38 yr old female and I am rarely home. The other room is for my 15 yr old son who stays with me every other week. I am located a block from the lake and about 2 blocks from the shopping centers down on Santa Margarita and Marguerite..
