I am renting out 1 room in my 3 bedroom house. House is located on a cul-de-sac which is very quiet on the Northern side of San Bernardino with a nice Panoramic view of the mountains. Only 5 miles away from CSUSB. Kitchen is big and modern with a huge landscaped backyard. House is clean and kept up you will have your own restroom which will be right next to your room but will share when guests or kids arrive. Also this is a blessed Christian household… God Bless..

I am a sales manager for a big box retailer so I’m always at work, work 12 hour days. I am recently separated my 2 kids visit every other weekend. I am a very clean and organized person who respects each others privacy. I am am easy to get along with and get along with everyone. I enjoy staying home on my days off grilling and watching movies or sporting events.. Respect the house and clean up after yourself and we will get along just fine. No overnight visitors permitted only long time friends and family can visit on occasions all dating or meeting new people must be done off the premises.. No partying nor smoking allowed as well… Will need to see social security card and last two pay stubs to verify employment and bank account statements..
