Private Room For Rent This is one room availible in a 3 bedroom apartment, with a shared bathroom.This apartment was completly renovated in 2020. My two previous roommates will still live there and it is a furnished living room and kitchen. My room is the size of the master bedroom but without a connecting bathroom. There is one ESA dog that is very sweet and adorable. Pets are allowed if capable of getting along with another dog. There is one shared parking spot and street parking. Walkable from the heart of North Park and 2 minutes from the 15 and 805. Utilities split 3 ways, in unit and great condition washer and dryer, dishwasher, full fridge/freezer, microwave, oven/stove, shower/tub, shared community BBQ and courtyard. Unit is on second floor and unfortunatly not wheelchair accessible.

Two mid 20’s girls and one dog currently live here. One is a student and the other has a full time job. The apartment will have furnished shared spaces and was completly renovated in 2020 with all working appliances.
