I will be leaving the state, just looking for anyone who is looking for a 2 bed 2 bath apartment that I can sign the lease over to. Rent with tax is $2,000. The only bills not included within the price of rent is electricity and Wifi. Located in North Phoenix between Loop 101 and the I-17 it’s a really nice and quiet apartment complex very family-oriented with a mix of college students . Maintenance is pretty quick when there is an issue to be fixed. Washer and dryer in unit. We have a fitness center, pool and grills within a two minute walk from my apartment, if that. You will have to provide some form of proof of income to the leasing office so just keep that in mind.I love that this apartment complex is conveniently located by two freeways so getting places doesn’t take me long. It’s also a 5 minute drive from a shopping center. If you go to Midwestern University it’s a short 15 mins or less drive to campus.
