Full kitchen (stoves/oven) access is allowed in certain hours of each day. Street parking only! Long-term or monthly lease. Applicants must carry good credit and steady income. All utilities (water, electricity, gas, trash, WiFi) are included in the rent. Security deposit is $800. NO drugs/smoking/party/friends staying overnight/pets are allowed. Nice and quite neighborhood with good schools.

Resident landlord is a family of 3 with a 10 year old girl occupying other parts of the house. Friendly and quiet going to bed early around 10p.m. every night.
