The room availble for rent is unfurnished and the remainder of the house is furnished. lots of natural light and modern finishes - property finished construction in 2022. Close to downtown fishtown, located near intersection of Germantown and Oxford.

You would be living with my previous roommate for the remainder of the lease with the option to extend the lease or go month to month if you two get along. Current lease goes through February 15th, 22. I have moved out of the area for work.
