Hi 👋🏽 I’m looking for the right someone to rent out my spare bedroom. I no longer can afford to live here on my own 😢. I love where I live and I’d like to live here the full duration of my lease.

Great location, palm aire (near UTC), 2nd floor corner unit looking over the golf course and lake! You would get a decent sized fully furnished room and your own bathroom! All utilities will be included in the rent price of $950 per month. My lease is up April 30th 2023, so I’m renting the room until then (asap to 4/30/23). No pets. Background check will be submitted through our HOA. Females only please.

It’s myself, my 18 month old daughter, and my mini dachshund. So you would have to be okay with dogs and children. I’m really looking for someone who is clean, respectful of our current routine/way of life, and of course someone I can get along with. I’m 29 (almost 30), single mama, fitness lover, friendly, and I think I’m fun lol. I’m home a lot and do not have a consistent work schedule due to the nature of my job, so I’m in and out at random times. I do not think someone who works from home is a good fit because I have a toddler and I even find it hard to get work done with her around lol. However, bedtime (aka quiet hours) is anytime from 6-8pm. I always shoot for 7pm! I have like no friends so no one really ever comes over. I am a daily weed smoker, but only at night to help me sleep, and I’m never smoking in the house. Hope that’s okay!
