Kiara's room

This is a private studio located in the back of the home. You will have your own private entrance and private backyard patio. This room is fully furnished with a tv, brand new king bed, kitchenette, microwave and mini fridge. $1000 security deposit & $100 application fee. Must pass the background check and have proof of income. No pets. Single occupancy ONLY. Quiet home for a quiet person. This is the master bedroom of the home that has been completely blocked off from the main home. Keypad entry for door. Pool home for you to use. Tours are available 10 AM- 7 PM on weekdays.

Very quiet home. I spend most of my time painting. My son is over on the weekends. He is 10 years old, quiet and respectful child.
