Gage's room

The room is located within a 3-bedroom 1.5 bath ranch style home. It is located within the Beechmont/Stoney Run/Fort Eustis area and is a very safe community. The house was recently remodeled and everything is modern. The room is a furnished spare bedroom with a queen-sized bed, an L-shaped corner desk, and other things; however, some items may be removed from the room to make space if needed. Rent includes all utilities and amenities such as: electric, water/sewer/garbage, lawn care, laundry, internet, tv (streaming apps).

It is just myself and my dog, a Shepherd/Husky mix, who is very friendly but usually needs a “warming-up period” to get to know people. However, she does tend to warm up to females way faster than she does males. I am a 31-year-old Army Veteran, who works full-time. I work M-F and am usually only home during the evenings or on weekends. My girlfriend is an officer in the military and we usually rotate staying at each other’s houses every other day, so I’m only really home half the time. I am a very clean, organized, and respectful person, so I would expect the same in a roommate. I’m also very easy to get along with and would make for a fun roomie. Any questions, please ask!
