Madie's room

Have an unfurnished room available for rent on the 2nd floor of the house. The room is carpeted, has lots of natural light and can comfortably fit a queen bed. The upstairs bathroom would be shared by two people. The rest of the house is fully-furnished and open to use. There is extra fridge/freezer space in the garage, washer/dryer and ample parking. Smoking outside ok. Rent for the room is $700 (utilities not included) with a $700 deposit that is partially refundable.

The current tenants (3 males) are all young-professionals with full-time jobs (one working from home). There is also a border collie/Aussie in the house who is usually gone 9-5. Some of our hobbies include gaming, fitness, pool and darts (both in garage). We are looking for like-minded individuals that are 21+, responsible and clean.
