Private Bedroom + Bathroom with gorgeous skyline view available for short term rental Dec 1st.

There is a shared kitchen / common room, but you will have a private bathroom as well as a private bedroom, and both come furnished. Prefer to have someone stay for the full month of December but am open to shorter rentals as well on a day by day or week by week basis. Price is all inclusive with internet + utilities.

My current roommate works from home and is sweet, funny, artsy, and super easy to get along with. He is a professional artist working in illustration, but also dabbles in costume design and SFX work for film/tv.
