This is the masters bedroom listed for $1,500 for rent flat each month including all utilities. The deposit is $800 due on the day of signing and is refundable after lease is over. I am the landlord and am looking to move and find my own place but I will be at the house here there to check but to also get my mail and etc. I still have some plants I need to take care of haha
