Available immediately is a private bedroom and a private bathroom with all utilities included. Utilities will include electricity, water, internet, fire monitoring, and trash removal. Additional information includes: Single story, newly remodeled modern luxury home over 3k sqft of living space sitting on over a half-acre. Home is very spacious inside and out with a great open concept. Plenty of private parking space. This home sits within a comfortable Cul-De-Sac and is equipped with a fire monitoring system for added fire protection. Smoking is allowed, just not inside the home as the fire monitoring system will alarm. No drugs. First month’s rent and security deposit due at signing. There will be a $100 non-refundable cleaning fee and an additional $50 cleaning fee per pet. Applicants will be required to submit a quick application and background check.

This home has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All rooms are available and open for rent. I’m the owner of the home and will not be living on the property but will be the point of contact for anything needed.
