Marty's room

I have a room available in a 3 bedroom home. Will be updating the furniture so if you have any requests feel free to ask. Pictures are from when we moved in a year ago but will provide bed and dresser. Only my 80 yo mom, small dog, and I (38 yo female) live here since my dad recently passed away. Ideally we would love to find someone who might be interested in watching my mom (she has Alzheimer’s and needs help heating her meals and some companionship and reminders) during the day weekdays (would pay you hourly plus negotiate on the room). I commute for work so am gone from like 6am to 6pm. This would be a great arrangement for someone retired, a student, or works from home etc. who could take on a part-time caregiver (IHSS optional) job. First time doing this so haven’t figured out all the logistics but if you’re interested let’s talk and see if our goals align. I have to pay for both a caregiver and the mortgage so just trying to combine it somehow so it’s more affordable. Thanks for reading!

Quiet, respectful family, with a cute small fluffy indoor dog. Looking for someone dependable and honest, no drugs or smoking, and is normal too much to ask? My boyfriend visits once in a while on the weekend so we usually try to find friends for board game nights then - bonus if you’re interested in joining :) Opening to having another potty trained dog in the house.
