About the room
Setting- 3 bedroom/3.5 bathroom townhouse. 1,600 sq ft. (You’d have your own bedroom and shower/bathroom and full use of the kitchen/common areas/washer and dryer).
Location- Colorado Springs, CO. West of I-25, south of Fillmore Street, north of W Fontanero Street. Easy access to the highway.
Location bonus perks- within 11 mins of Garden of the Gods, Ute Valley Park, Red Rocks Open Space, gold camp road, the incline/Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City, downtown, UCCS, and PPCC.
Roommate details: You’d be living with myself (female, 25 years old) and one other roommate (male, 25 years old), along with a golden retriever.
Other details: Lease will be required (length negotiable, preferably 6 months to 1 year). Security deposit required (worth 1 month’s rent)(returned upon move-out, less any costs for damages/cleaning). References would be appreciated. Credit/background check would be appreciated.
