3 roommates (2F/1M) looking for the 4th! Young and fun, friends come over from time to time. We keep to ourselves in our room but come out for fun roommie dinner/wine nights. Suitable for any student/young adult. Shared bath with one other roommate who travels almost full time. Location right by 183, 15 min to downtown, 12 min to either airport, 8 min to Las Colinas & Music Factory. $650/month, might be lower when electricity usage is lower Big kitchen, big living room downstairs/upstairs. Common area lightly furnished. I’m moving out at the end of Jan 2023 so there’s the option to find another roommate at that time or keep the house for 3 people. Contract ends 4/2023. Can extend with current roommates if available
