About the room
We have 1 room available for rent in a gated quiet community of providence. Will be sharing a double sink bathroom.
Common area:Large kitchen with an island. Living room outfitted with an 83’ TV and speakers. In the lounge, you’ll find a massage chair and exercise air bike for you to use. A beautiful backyard with a grill. Across street is a large park, with basketball, playgrounds. Parking spaces available on the driveway.
Secluded room: this room is located downstairs, private and secluded room by the front entrance. All first come first pick.
About the roomies
My husband and I moved in around June, due to work schedule change, we have to go back and forth between Vegas and LA. We are here about 20-30% of time.
We are very easy going, drama free, Jordan is an IT professional whenever we are in Vegas, he works from home and I’m a freelance. We are looking for dog loving, easy going, responsible and someone who loves our houses as their own.
Monthly Rent: $1,200
