Hi everyone, have a clean and well maintained 5-bedroom 3 bath house in the Candler McAfee neighborhood, and are looking for a friendly, companionable housemate. The house is spacious and comfortable, with living room, dining room and kitchen on the main floor. It has a front porch and back deck for relaxing, with a view of the backyard trees. The room for rent is furnished with queen bed, chest, nightstand and 32“ Roku smart HD TV. The room is available January 29 . Rent is $950, including all utilities (water, electricity, gas, on site washer and dryer, high speed internet and Wi-Fi). We are a short walking distance to Marta, and close to a park with a pond for evening walks. The house is are 5-6 miles from three Universities, and several hospitals, so we would be an excellent choice for a college student or a traveling healthcare professional.

I am friendly, funny, thoughtful and kind-not best friends, but very companionable. I like creativity and art, yoga and cultivating a sane life. I am an assistant professor and a midwife, with two cats and a small dog. We value keeping a clean space, being kind, having mutual respect and conversations about how to make the living experience better for everyone. I keep a flower and vegetable garden in the summer, and I like to ask how your day was.
