My condo is in a quiet and clean gated complex in Northeast Fresno. Nice restaurants, supermarkets, and other amenities are within walking distance.

The room is spacious, airy, and overlooks a courtyard. It is fully furnished, with its own bathroom (though not en suite).

The condo has a patio and in-unit washer and dryer. More importantly, it is neat, warm, inviting, and a vibe that’s very zen.

Facilities in the condo complex include a fitness room, swimming pool, and hot tub.

I am a 33-year-old male whose waking hours are mostly spent working and studying. I have a 5-year-old daughter who visits 2 to 3 times weekly. She is rather shy and not bothersome.

I would prefer a roommate who is neat, responsible, and cheerful.
