We rent a 3/2 house in Palmetto and we’re looking for someone to rent the 2 rooms and guest bathroom starting next year. (Good friends or couples preferred). Individual room is $800/month plus utilities included or $1500 for both. The rooms are unfurnished so you are welcome to bring your things. We have a great backyard perfect for dogs and a great neighborhood (you can park in the street!). If you have a pet, we are willing to split the pet deposit because we are looking to get a dog sometime soon.

We are really looking for someone who is willing to help with the daily upkeep of our happy little home and save money in the process.
