Grace's room

This is a two-story townhouse in a great, centralized location. You’ll have your own unfurnished room and bathroom; both bedrooms are on the second floor. The apartment has super fast internet and a tv in the living room with roku. It is near the freeway, the Nugget, and a short drive to anything close by. It’s quiet at night, even with the outdoor concerts playing nearby. I hardly ever hear from the neighbors; the community is friendly, there’s a gym and pool, and easy access in/out. The area is safe to walk around, and there’s lots of stores and restaurants within a short distance. Parking is off street but uncovered.

I am 45 year old single woman and business owner who works in healthcare. I work from home most of the time, but go to the business frequently. I enjoy good conversation, good food and wine, and good friends, but I respect privacy and your “own” time and space. I love to cook authentic Filipino food, so I hope you like to eat! Don’t feel pressured to eat what I cook, there’s a kitchen big enough for both of us. I have a fully furnished living room and dining room, along with patio furniture (that needs to be put up). I’m looking for someone responsible and drama-free, ideally to stay through the lease which ends in June 2023. I look forward to hearing from you!
