North Safford Avenue

We are looking to rent the master bedroom in our Tower District home. It has a private bathroom. It is fully furnished, see pictures. There is privacy film installed on the windows in the master bedroom. The master bedroom alone is 185 feet squared. However, shared spaces are listed in the lease agreement such as the laundry room, gym, kitchen, etc. The house has new dual-pane windows, an HVAC system, and solar panels. There is a full garage gym set up as a shared space with the following: a squat rack, cable machine, ROGUE Echo Bike, Treadmill, incline/decline bench, free weights, barbell, kettlebells, etc. The garage gym also has an AC system for the very hot/cold months (see photos). Plus there is another fridge set up in the garage for extra space. The house is located near Fresno City and Tower District bars/restaurants. Plenty of parking space in front of the home. Very close to all freeways in Fresno, it is an easy commute to anywhere in the city.

We are looking to interview potential tenants. We have kids of our own therefore we are very kid friendly if that is a requirement for the tenant. Outside (properly trained) pets could be accommodated, case per case bases. We are both college graduates that work as educators. We speak English & Spanish.
